In this late afternoon class, you’ll meet a professional pizza chef, called a pizzaiolo, and start by learning how to make tender, flexible and stretchy yeast dough. You’ll pick up tips that you can use to take home when baking in your own oven.

With your pizzaiolo you’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it and slice it. However, before you get to sample your creation the dough has to rest. While that’s happening, there are two things. First, you'll see our talented chef demostrating how to create the perfect cream mixture to obtain an exquisite artisanal gelato.Then, you’ll learn how to prepare the classic waffle where the ice cream will be placed once ready. You’ll also learn the history of Italian ice-cream from your entertaining chef.
