Stroll through Florence historic centre with your dedicated chef

First, you will meet your professional and passionate chef who will take you on a stroll through the magnificent city centre of Florence to discover the historic and fascinating gastronomic bottegas. Here you will learn all the secrets and taste some typical Florentine street-food, visit the best delicatessens and sample some excellent artisanal icecream. Along the way you will also pick up all the fresh ingredients you will need for your cooking class.

Make a delicious three-course Tuscan meal

The time has come to finally lace up your apron, roll up your sleeves and cook! Listening to the precise instructions of your charismatic and professional chef, you will start preparing the dishes. Soon you will find yourself chopping, mixing, seasoning, and kneading a mouth-watering meal. Menus may vary slightly to better follow the seasonality of products, but you will most likely be cooking: a homemade pasta dish like potato gnocchi, a sumptuous main course like aubergine parmigiana, and a dessert like typical Tuscan Cantuccini. Once you have finished, sit down, relax and enjoy it paired with some of Tuscany's finest wines.

Impress your friends and family with the recipes you learnt

This fantastic and fun cooking class will be a 'repeatable' experience! Once your cooking class will be over, you will always be able to surprise your friends and family with your skill, dexterity and knowledge as soon as you get home! And your chef will not let you leave empty-handed. As well as revealing recipes and secrets to you during the lesson, you will also be given a recipe book containing all the necessary instructions to recreate the dishes you prepared in Florence! You won't have to worry about remembering doses and procedures by heart, our chef's suggestions will always be at hand even when you return home!
