The tour runs rain or shine. 72 hour cancellation policy. A full penalty will be applied in case of cancellation in the last 72 hours prior to tour departure and/or in case of no-show.

1. Please let us know in advance any special need or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accomodate them.
2. Shorts, big bags and liquid bottles will not be allowed inside the museums.
3. There is always a compulsory security check which may cause some delays in entering the Coliseum.
4. All participants must bring their physical ID card on the day of the tour, as digital versions will no longer be accepted.
5. Failure to present a physical ID will result in denied access to the Colosseum.
6. Please note that the departure time of this tour is subjected to change, awaiting further information from the Colosseum management.
7. All the bookings made from 15th December 2023 until further notice are considered as not refundable.
8. Please note that the itinerary of the tour may vary according to the day scheduling you may visit first the Colosseum than the Roman Forum or viceversa.
